Where is Q-KANGAROO available?

Q-KANGAROO is available in areas in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Does Q-KANGAROO cost money to download?

Nope! Q-KANGAROO is completely free to download from the Apple App Store & Google Play Store!

How will I know that my order went through successfully?

You will receive a notification letting you know when your order has been accepted!

Do I get a receipt for each order?

Yes, you will receive a receipt to the email address you registered on Q-KANGAROO with.

What are the benefits of using Q-KANGAROO?

With Q-KANGAROO, you have the ability to order & pay ahead for your food & drink with the options of Pick-Up, Sit-In, & Delivery. Where can I view my order history?

You can view your order history within the Q-KANGAROO App!

What can I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, you can either contact the store you have ordered from directly or reach out to Q-KANGAROO and a member of the team will help resolve your issue!

Can I order from more than one store in one transaction?

No, this option is currently not available with Q-KANGAROO, you will have to place separate orders through the app!

How far in advance can I order?

How far in advance you can order depends on the store you are ordering from, each of our partner stores have their own unique ordering times which we have incorporated into the Q-KANGAROO App! Check out the app for more details!

Is the payment method secure?

Of course! We don’t store complete card details on the Q-KANGAROO app or any external database. All details for your transaction are completed through your selected secure payment processor.

I'm running late, can I delay my order?

Running late happens to the best of us! We advise that you either contact the store you have ordered from directly to let them know or reach out to us and we will attempt to contact them on your behalf!

How do I change my order after it's been submitted?

Unfortunately, this can’t be done at this moment in time! In this scenario, we advise that you either contact the store directly or ourselves to cancel the order and then re-order with the changes you’d like!

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations and refunds are at the stores discretion. If you need to have an order cancelled, we recommend that you contact either the store or Q-KANGAROO to assist with this. Once an order is cancelled, your refund will be processed automatically and you will receive the refund in 3-5 business days (as per bank regulations).

When will I get a refund if my order is declined?

Once an order is declined, a reverse transfer takes place and a refund immediately occurs. If you have to have an order cancelled once it has been accepted, the refund will take 3-5 business days as per bank regulations.
